Executive coaching
A reflective partnership for leaders navigating new roles, complex decisions, relationships and change. We explore your goals, values and patterns of thinking and action, then develop approaches that fit your context.
Team coaching
I work with teams to examine how they collaborate, make decisions and engage with stakeholders. Sessions are designed around the team’s needs and may combine facilitated dialogue with practical experimentation.
Coaching supervision
Individual and group supervision offer coaches a confidential space to reflect on their client work, professional practice and wellbeing. Together we consider the coach, the client relationship and the wider system.
Workshops and facilitation
I design and facilitate learning experiences for leaders, coaches and teams in English and Japanese.
About me
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 20 years in business roles spanning M&A, strategy and organisational leadership. I bring that experience together with a systemic, collaborative approach to coaching and supervision. My work is tailored to the person or team and the environment in which they operate.
Working together
Services are arranged by enquiry. The scope, format, schedule and fee are agreed in writing before work begins. Payment instructions are provided by invoice or a secure payment link. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the agreement for each engagement.
